The Dynamic Learning System of the Network

The DLN is a system that contains interdependent parts and acts as a whole. We are as strong as the sum total of our energies and our interlinking. It is dynamic. It grows predominately through the effectiveness of the learning feedback loop (PDSA).

Aim of DLN is : Continual organisational improvement through the application of learning

Players

  • Conceptual Thinkers
  • Practical Managers
  • The Organisation
  • Consultants/Facilitators
  • Administration

Each set of players contributes significant and different learning to the network:

  • from the teaching role of the conceptual thinkers
  • to the lessons learned in practical application
  • The organisation itself has a learning capacity
  • to the change management challenges faced by the consultants
  • And the administrator facilitating the learning dynamic

Products
