Shona Fraser is member of the Knowledge Management Group management team. She has been an enthusiastic supporter of the group from the very beginning and has developed a particular interest in "Communities of Practice."

Peter Troxler is member of the Knowledge Management Group management team. He is Research Manager at Aberdeen University at the Development Centre in Knowledge Management. He is from Switzerland. He not only has extensive knowledge of the KM subject area but also brings a fresh European perspective.

Gordon Hall is the initiator and promotor of the Deming Learning Network.
